About Us

3 Brothers looks backwards and forwards. Ken Henriksen is one of three brothers (& three sisters) and he has four sons (& a super daughter). Family connection is the heart and soul of 3 Brothers.

Ken grew up, completed his schooling, and married his high school sweetheart, Lisa, in the Metro Detroit area (Michigan). As a restaurant corporate trainer, he received many service awards, including youngest General Manager. As their family grew, Ken switched his path to the video retail sector. He got promoted, moving their family to New England. Within six months, the video rental retail business he managed closed because of video streaming and other new technologies.

In his search for new career options, Ken got work taking pictures of foreclosed houses. This lead to cleaning, fixing, and maintaining them. Indoor and outdoor maintenance work, including repairs, mold clean up, yard maintenance, snow clearing and more all became part of his new career. Being in control of his own future, Ken went into business for himself. His family grew up and worked through the last decade and a half together with him. He has wisely turned the management of the company over to his wife. Lisa manages their future while Ken and his sons work on it. They’ve also worked with many amazing people (& still do), who they consider part of their extended family.
